Spotted Arrow is a consulting brokerage where we help you identify your project needs and then match you with consultants that have the background and expertise for your specific needs.
Spotted arrow makes your company more efficient by completing the initial vetting and compiling a list of qualified consultants.
By aligning your project outcomes with the consultant’s background, using Spotted Arrow will decrease project failure due to consultant skills misalignment.
You will be asked to provide a summary or project proposal that will help us find the best consultants for your project needs. Be as descriptive as possible- we want to help you find the best talent possible.
After we receive your project descriptions, we will contact you to schedule a brief phone call to review your project proposal. Think of this as a requirement gathering or clarification session. During this call, your Spotted Arrow partner may ask for more details or ask you about the project objectives to help us understand the exact type of consultant and skill set you are looking for.
After Spotted Arrow reviews your proposal and clarifies any questions about your needs, we will prepare a selected list of consultants with the skills needed for your project.
Once you receive your list of consultants you will be able to contact them directly and discuss the scope of work and details of your project. When you identify which consultant you will be preparing a contract with, let Spotted Arrow know and we will close out the search.
After you and the consultant settle on your terms, you and your consultant will send a copy of the terms to Spotted Arrow for invoicing.
If you do not find the right consultant from the initial list provided, Spotted Arrow will continuing matching consultants with your project needs until you find the skills you need.
Once you and your consultant finalize a contract, both parties will provide Spotted Arrow a copy of that agreement, and Spotted Arrow will invoice your company at the agreed upon interval.
